"We find little partisan polarization around workplace democracy: Despite the spillover of partisan polarization into many areas such as hiring (Iyengar and Westwood 2015), dating (Huber and Malhotra 2016), and perceptions of people (Ahler and Sood 2018; Mason 2018), we show that there is little evidence of partisan polarization around workplace democratization. We do find, however, some evidence that Republicans have a slight preference against co-determination despite recognizing that they would have more power in the workplace as a result of co-determination."
